My parents were both bakers and cooks and they deeply influenced my joy of baking.
My dad worked for almost 39 years at ITT Continental Baking Co. (more famously known as Hostess.) My mother worked for Dolly Madison and Butternut Bread. The love of baking was instilled in me at an early age. Baking comes naturally to me and I love the enjoyment that I see on the faces of those who have requested my fresh baked goods.
It's been suggested to me, numerous times, the past 13 years that I start my own baking business. That, along with an increased number of requests, particularly for my pies, cobblers and some catering, inspired me to start MY SPECIALTIES!
Chicken or vegetable, my homemade noodle soups provide a healthy and filling bowl of comfort and warmth on cold fall and winter days.
